We offer both fixed and variable loan programs for single tenant, multi-tenant, incubator & owner/user type projects. The interest rate on the fixed rate programs is usually tied to the corresponding Treasury index; i.e., 10 year term tied to the 10 year Treasury - the 5 year term tied to the 5 year treasury.

Our variable programs offer the borrower a combination of straight variable or fixed to variable as well as interest only structures.  We match the loan need with the Lender offering the best solution to satisfy our investors requirements.

Small Loan Program

Features include a shortened approval cycle, and minimum up front costs tied to pre-approved documentation & legal review.  Loan Amounts range from $750,000 to $3,000,000. 

Standard Program

$3,000,000 to no upper limit
