We offer both long-term fixed and variable loan programs. Loans are available for refinance, purchase or construction take-out. The interest rate on the fixed rate programs is usually tied to the corresponding Treasury index; i.e., 10 year term tied to the 10 year Treasury - the 5 year term.

Our variable programs are typically tied to a LIBOR, Treasury or COFI index, depending on the structure. We have a correspondent relationship with several Multi-family vendors that enables us to offer most any structure that meets our clients' financing objectives.  From short term condominium conversion to short term rehabilitation or long term portfolio strategies - we offer the best programs and rates available anywhere.

Minimum loan deal size is $750,000.  or 10 Units.
