We offer both fixed and variable loan programs. The interest rate on the fixed rate programs is usually tied to the corresponding Treasury index; i.e., 10 year term tied to the 10 year Treasury - the 5 year term tied to the 5 year treasury, etc.

We also have the flexibility to structure loans using hybrid fixed to variable loans to accommodate individual investment strategies such as condominium conversion, bridge, mezzanine and other financing vehicles.  

Small Loan Program -

Features include a shortened approval cycle, and minimum up front costs tied to pre-approved documentation & legal review.  Loan Amounts range from $750,000 to $3,000,000. 

Standard Program -

$3,000,000 to no upper limit. 

Other Loan Programs
